Term & Condition

1. Price:
   For full container, our price is FOB Semarang Port. However for  LCL, our price is Ex-Factory.
2. Payment:
   - Irrevocable L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight
   - T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) with 40% Down payment and the balance payment against document.
3. Order :
   - Minimum order is 1×20’ container that can be mixed with Wisanka other division’s products.
   - Sample order is not free of charge and should be paid with transportation cost.
   - We accept custom design  for wholesale products or hotel projects.
4. Production process:
   The order will be processed after confirmed order initiated with deposit 40% or LC issued and will process within maximum 8 weeks.
5. Material & Finishing:
   We use teak as our primary material and there’s no close to process with other  hardwood materials instead however with minimum order as negotiated.
   Our Finishing is N/C spray with hand stain with colour available: candy brown, walnut brown, candy yellow, salak brown, tea brown, red mahogany, black, etc
